Our new Strength and Conditioning beginners course is the answer.
This four-week course will give you the fitness base, skills, and knowledge to safely join our group classes.
Strength and Conditioning is a fitness programme utilising constantly varied, functional movements performed at a high intensity. It designed to give you the best results possible in the shortest amount of time.
Constantly varied means you’ll never hit the same workout twice, the combination of movements and equipment will be different every time you train and the workout structure and duration will change daily. This will remove the boredom many people find from going to traditional gyms.
Functional movements are defined as multi joint exercises that mimic real life movement patterns, so we squat, hinge, push and pull. All movements can be adapted to the client’s fitness and mobility level making our programme accessible to everyone.
Our next Strength and Conditioning beginners course starts on the 3rd of April and will run on a Tuesday and Thursday evening from 7.30pm to 8.30pm and costs only £99.
