On March 6th Dorchester Strength and Conditioning will launch a NEW small group training programme.
This is a new concept in the area where groups of four people will follow their own individual bespoke Strength and Conditioning programme while still enjoying the motivation and encouragement of the group class environment.
This concept allows us to offer more coaching time per person, programmes focussed on your individual goals and also introduce different training equipment not normally used in our group classes.
We are looking for people who can commit to three sessions per week on Monday, Wednesday and Friday at 10am and are looking to learn how to use use barbells and kettlebells safely and efficiently to become stronger, fitter and move better.
All new members who join our gym take part in ten 1-2-1 sessions with one of our coaches where we teach you how to safely perform the movements you’ll be required to know to take part in our workouts, this 1-2-1 fundamental course retails at £500.
We’d like to be able to start the group on the 6th at capacity with four members. To encourage that the first ten sessions will be spent covering our fundamental course at the usual monthly training fee, this saves you hundreds of pounds… But anyone joining after the 6th will have to take the fundamental course before joining a training group as usual.
