About Functional Circuits

Our Functional Circuits classes follow a traditional circuit session structure but with more functional movements such as kettlebells, dumbells, med balls, battling ropes and slam balls.

As with all our classes, the training group is kept small to focus is on perfect technique and movement rather then a typical leisure centre class where members are packed in and coaching is replaced with crowd control.

The mix of circuit layouts and constantly varied exercise selection means our clients will improve all aspects of their fitness simultaneously while eliminating the boredom of traditional gyms routines.
