Are you ready to get started?

Follow the steps below to get started with Dorchester Strength & Conditioning

Step 1 – Get in Touch:

Complete the contact us form and a member of the team will be in touch to discuss your goals and recommend the correct class for you. If you feel our gym is right for you, then we can book you on to a free trial class.

Step 2 – Trial Class:

This gives you the chance to visit the gym, meet the coaches and try out a class for free. After the class we can discuss membership options and see which membership plan would work best for you and your schedule.

Step 3 – Join the Team:

Once you’ve chosen your membership plan you can start attending our regular group classes and enjoy the many benefits fitness training has to offer.
