Then Our Strength and Conditioning beginner course is for you!
How does it work?
We will never throw a new member straight into a group Strength and Conditioning class and expect them to master lots of new movements in one session. That’s why we start all new members off with a four-week beginner course where we show you all the movements you’ll do in our classes and slowly build your fitness level, so you’ll feel comfortable joining our main training groups.
During these beginner sessions, you will learn how to safely and efficiently perform all the barbell, kettlebell and bodyweight movements found in our classes while under the supervision of one of our expert coaches. You’ll also learn the underlying theory behind our programming, nutrition and recovery strategies.
Our next beginner course starts on the 8th of May and runs for eight sessions on Mondays and Wednesdays at 7.30pm to 8.30pm, each course is limited to eight people and costs £150.
